YON HINTZE AND PEACE

ENTENTE BLAMED FOR PROLONG-

ING THE WAR.

AMSTERDAM, 15th August. Dr. yon Hintze, German Minister of Foreign Affairs, in an interview with the Cologne Gazette, complained of the ambiguity of Mr. Lloyd George's war anniversary statement.
