NATIONALISTS' PROPAGANDA,

CAPETOWN, 14th August.
The, Nationalist Central. Committee's re-sol ntion in favour of independence was sent- to all branches of. the- party in tho Free State with instructions that it be moved together with a non-confidence vote in. all the Ministers at ths meetings held in course of their present tour. The resolutions have been carried everywhere at the meetings held, though the Ministers were courteously received and given a fair hearing.
