KING'S MESSAGE TO PRESIDENT

WASHINGTON. 14th August. His Majesty the King, through Lord Reading (British Ambassador to the United States) congratulated the President on the happy relations existing between the United States and the British Navies. Mr. Wilson replied that American co-operation is rendered with the heartiest spirit.
