(RBOTER'S TEIBOBAM.) , LONDON, 14th August. ' Tlie French liners Djeranah ajid Australien have been torpedoed. Four hundred and forty-two of the Djemnah'a and three of the Australien'6 passengers are missing.

[The Australien is a Messageries Maritimes liner of 6365 tons, completed in 1904. She was reported as being torpedoed .on 24th July. The Djemnali, of the same line, is an old vessel of 373,6 tons, built in 1875.]
