MEXICO CITY, 14th August. Replying to British protests against an oil decree, alleged to be conflscatory with respect to British oil interests, Mexico has refused to consider that any foreign Government has any righ^ to protest against Mexican fiscal legislation. It is, howover, willing to allow the Mexican Courts to decide whether the decree is unjust.
