Replying to British protests against an oil decree, alleged to be conflscatory with respect to British oil interests, Mexico has refused to consider that any foreign Government has any righ^ to protest against Mexican fiscal legislation. It is, howover, willing to allow the Mexican Courts to decide whether the decree is unjust.
