The New York Times, in an. editorial, emphasises the splendid work done in the United States by Lord Reading, the British Ambassador, and hopes that his visit to England will be but a brief interruption of his extraordinarily useful and valuable labours. Lord Reading has shown remai'knble genius for the solution'of business problems, and he was largely instrumental in the splendid success of the co-ordination of British and American war efforts.
