AMSTERDAM, 15th July. The Tageblatt announces that the Czecho - Slovaks, in spite of the heaviest resistance by the Red Guards, have captured Kazan (on the Volga, due east of Moscow). The paper adds that, by the occupation of this important railway and waterway junction, the Czechoslovaks become masters of the - district of the lower Volga.
