EMPLOYMENT FOR EX-SOLDIERS
■During June the Discharged Soldiers' Information Department found employment for 181 men. ,The head office, Wellington, placed 104, Auckland 2i, Christchurch 12,. Dunedin 15. The number on the Employment Wanted Register on 27th June was 539, 'including 150 at Auckland, 117 at Christchurch, 14 at Wellington, and 48 at Dunedin. The majority of the names at Auckland and Christchurch were recently listed.
