ANOTHER STEAMER SUNK

It is announced that; the American steamer JPinar del Bio has been sunk by a submarine seventy-five -miles off the coast. Sixteen survivors have been landed. Seventeen are missing.

The Pinardel Rio was sunk on the Bth. One boat landed on the- Virginia- coast; the other, containing the captain and 16 men. has not yet been accounted for. The vessel was of 2500 tons. Her sinking lias_ dispelled the growing impression
