DRAPERS' HOURS
A conference of employers and representatives of the Soft Goods Employees' Union discussed to-day {he union's proposal that the closing time on ordinary days for drapers, clothiers, and mercers should be 5.30 p.m.. Tho conference adjourned for a few days, when the matter will be again debated.
