TOKtO, 21st March: Japan has warned China to eftdonternal strife, and assist Japan in meet' ing the German menace in the Far East. | Officials deny that Japanese troops have landed at Vladivostok.

. , (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION,! OTTAWA, 20th March. The United Press correspondent at Petrograd states that the Foreign Minister (M.' Tchitcherin) declared that the Soviet Commissaries were considering the possibility of the United States opposing Japanese intervention in Siberia. He said he'belie.ved that negotiations for that, purpose between the United States and Russia were possible. M. Trotsky opposed Jll. Tchitcherin, declaring that Russia, should not be under an -obligation to capitalistic America.
