SYDNEY, This Day. The recruiting policy provides that men who enlist after a short period in camp are to be given leave on pay to canvass for recruits in their home locality. A bonus of 10s is to be paid the recruiting sergeant for each recruit actually enlisted.

A special magistrate has been appointed to enquire into cases of persons of enemy. T>irth in the Commonwealth employ.
