Mr. S. Georga Nathan will cell on Wednesday next in the Chamber of Commerce a nine-roomed residence in North-terraoe, Kelburn. On the 27th the firm will sell furniture at No. 14, Hill-street. The following day the firm will submit, in conjunction with Messrs. B. Smith and Co., the properties in the Estate of the late Joseph Burne. On Ist March Mr. Nathan will offer a number of residential properties, under instructions from the trustee in a deceased estate, and on the sth March an 8-roomed'residence.
