LONDON, 14th February. , Although official announcements from Washington indicate that Rumania has spornfrlly rejected yon Mackensen's ultimatum, and chooses to survive.or perish with the Allies, Germany continues to' dangle the bait of Bessarabia before Rumania, on condition that . Bulgaria shall keep the Dobrudja. ;
Germany has apparently allowed two or three-extra days to enable General Ayerescu's new Cabinet to make up their minds regarding peace.
