RUMANIA'S STUBBORNNESS
ENEMY WANTS FURTHER ARMISTICE
AMSTERDAM, 13th February. It is semi-officially reported from Germany that Yon Mackensen is negotiating with the Rumanian Army Council for a continuation of the armistice on the front.
A wireless ■ message states th"at ifc is understood that the Central' Powers have accepted as aphasia of peace negotiations with Rumania. Bulgaria's suggestion that Bulgaria should retain the Dobrudja, while Bessarabia should revert to Rumania.
