THE OSTEND BOMBARDMENT
GOOD RESULTS REPORTED
LONDON, 25th September.
The British Admiralty denies the German allegation that Ostend Cathedral was struck by the recent-bombardment. Photographs which were taken indicate that a floating dock was sunk, and a workshop and dockyard were completely demolished, while seven others were damaged.
