STOCKHOLM, 17th September. .Great meetings of Socialists and Liberals, presided over by Herr Branting and Professor Eden, the Liberal leader, respectively, passed a resolution strongly protesting against the Conservative. Government's conduct of the Luxburg affair, and emphasising the determination of the Swedish people to maintain strict neutrality. The Socialists demanded a change of Government.
