BETRAYAL OF SECRET SESSION

\ PARIS, 17th September. inhere has been a remarkable developmell ill the. so-called Tunnel affair. Tunnel, a French Deputy, left Swiss banknotes worth £1000 in a room in the Ohainber of Deputies last July, and did not claim them until last week, when he explained' that he had received the money for legal services. He denied that he .received it in Switzerland for , disclosing the events of the secret session of the Chamber of Deputies in June. A Parliamentary enquiry has opened. Turrael on Saturday attempted ito enter Switzerland, but" was stopped at' the frontier. He was carrying an expired passport. ' ■ .
