Richardson, £10, .costs 29s 6d ; Ernest Mates v. H. B. Asher, £1 &j, costs Ss; E. P. Bunny v. Te Aohau Mita, £3 13s 6d. costs £1 10s. . Judgment summons cases were dealt with ac follow:—A. Jansen was ordered to pay Bannatyne and Hunter, Ltd., £3 Os 6d by 2nd October, in default 48 hours' imprisonment. E. Biggs was ordered to pay Harry H. Tombs, Ltd., £4 5s by 2nd October, in default four days' imprisonment. P. R. Cundy was ordered to pay T. H. R. Brico £4 16s by 2nd October, in the alternative four, days' imprisonment. ,
