SWEDISH SCANDAL LUXBURG PLANS TO GO TO PARAGUAY

BUENOS AIRES, 15th September
Count Luxburg proposes to remove to Paraguay, to which he has been accredited, but it is doubtful whether Paraguay will favourably receive him. There lias been a further outbreak of rioting on a considerable scale at Buenos Aires.
AMSTERDAM,- 15th September. The German newspapers have published Count Luxburg's telegrams,.which have caused a sensation and some dissatisfaction, especially in Socialist circles. The Vossische Zeitung says: "The best thing we can' do is to sink Luxburg 'without a trace.'" ■
A telegram from Berlin states that the Foreign Secretary has asked Argentina to .grant safe conduct to enable Count Luxburg to travel to Berlin in order to explain the telegrams.
