HUTT VALLEY FLOWER SHOW
The Hutt Valley Horticultural Society has decided to donate the proceeds of its three shows to be held this year to the Wounded Soldiers Fund. Last season this society forwarded to the Minister the sura of £55, and the present committee i» working hard to make their coming shows an even greater success. The Spring Flower Show is to be held on 12th and 13th September, under the patronage of their Excellencies the Governor-General and the Countess of Liverpool. Music will be provided by the Trentham Military Band. 'Buses will leave for Wellington after the show each evening.
