Two licensing appeals were heard in the Supreme Court yesterday _ before the Chief Justice, who reserved his decision. Bankruptcy matters' wore dealt with this morning. Thomas Jones, motordriver, who was plaintiff in the case, Jonc<s v. Foreman, was adjudicated a bankrupt. Criminal and civil cases' will be taken n«xt week.
