- LONDON, 28th August. The Inter-Allied Socialist and.Labour Conference met under Mr. Henderson's presidency.
Many delegates, privately and openly, expressed serious misgivings, and expect the palaver to collapse before the end of the .programme is reached, as the points on which they are likely to-dis-agree are far more important than those in which they will agree.
