ATHENS, 23ud August. M. Politis (Minister for Foreign Affairs) laid before the Chamber four new documents, proving conclusively thai the persecutions of Greeks in Asia Minor were carried out in accordance with a plan for tho extermination of tho Greek race in Turkey. The German General Staff devised and aided in supervising the execution of the plan. The Turkish and German Ministers admitted the facts to a Greek Minister at Constantinople.
