The report that one hundred thousand people ars homeless in Salonika is confirmed. These include forty thousand Jews. There are no indications that foul play was responsible for the fire. (AUS. AND N.Z. CADLE ASSN. AND REUTER.) LONDON, 21st August. A French communique states : No French establishment was damaged by the big fire in the Bulgarian quarter of Salonika. \ '
