FRENCH YOUTHS IMPRESSED
FOR SERVICE.
(Received August 20, 9 a.m.) PARIS, 19th August. The Foreign Minister (M. Ribot) is formally protesting to Germany against French youths in occupied territory being incorporated in German workmen's battalions a-nd doing military work at the front. -It is stated that twenty-six of these battalions have been formed.
