NAVAL AIR-RAID
EFFECTIVE WOEK IN BELGIUM.

LONDON, 17th August.
The Admiralty reports: Naval aeroplanes carried out a series of raids yesterday, and dropped many tona of bombs on the Ostend and Thourout railway stations, and the Ghistelles aerodrome, causing fires. They also attacked the Engel and Uyttkerke aerodromes and transports on the roads by gunfire. The machines have returned.
