At the Magistrate's Court to-day E. Grey, for selling unclean milk, was fined £1 with -costs, and J. E. Pai-ker and H. Yates for selling milk below the standard, were fined £5 with costs. 1
An Auckland firm is making eight tons of high-grade agricultural lime per day from sea shells which, have been collected after spring tides to ensure that they an free from sand.
