(Received August 17, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 16th August. Tka Exchange Telegraph Agency's cor
respondent at Petrograd reports that the ex-Tsar has been conveyed to a patrimonial estate near Kostroma,
[Kostroma, in Russia, is about 400 miles east-south-east of Petrograd. The "government," or province, contains over a million acres of land, owned by the Imperial family. This report is in conflict with anotlier received to-day stating that the ex-Tsar was cent to Tobolsk, in AVest Siberia.]
