LONDON, 16th August.
The German newspapers are fully alive to the menace on the Western front. Their latest comments indicate that they have been instructed to prepare the people for " certain possibilities." The KolniEche Volkszeitung says: "The worst hardships and the heaviest hours are about to come," and warns the people to prepare for grave difficulties. '' All hopes centre on Yon Hindenburg."
