SEIZURE OF ENEMY SHIPPING.

SHANGHAI, 15th August.
China has taken over three Austrian, merchantmen, in the harbour. There were no disturbances, and the vessels were undamaged. Up to the present eighteen thousand tons of Austro-German shipping has been seized.
