SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY

There was a capital attendance at Mr. L. W. Hanlon's concert last evening at the Sailors' Friend Society, when items of a popular nature were presented with taste and feeling. The encores, which were many, were responded to readily. The performers wero the Misses Clarke and Williams, and Messrs. Hanlon, Shaddick, Cassclls, and Ansell. Miss Clarke and Mr. Cassells were at the piano. The competitions wero again moet successful.
