PANIC IN GALICIA
THOUSANDS FLEEING TO THE INTERIOR

LONDON, 15th July.
The Daily Telegraph's correspondent at Rome states that Austrian reports show that the population of Galicia.is in a panic. Thousands of families are fleeing to the interior, and Vienna and Budapest are crowded with refugees. Divisions of Cossacks are ravaging the country, and the towns of Dolina and Stryj are deserted. VIOLENT SCENES IN HUNGARIAN PARLIAMENT (Received July 16, 8.30 a.m.) , AMSTERDAM, 15th July. There have been violent scenes in the Hungarian Parliament, some of the deputies declaring that the Russian advance gravely menaced th« Dual Monarchj.
