PROPOSED INCREASE STRUCK OUT

.WASHINGTON, 29th May. The Finance Committee of the Senate unanimously deleted from the ex-Eigh-teen-Hundred-Million-Dollar Revenue Bill the clause introduced by the House of Representatives imposing a 10 per cent, increase on the tariffs.
