STARCH SUPPLY
RESTRICTION OF ITS USE,
LONDON, 9th May.
Captain Bathurst (Secretary to the Food Control Department), speaking in the House of Commons, said that it had been decided to restrict the use of. starch,' unless by those licensed to do so. The decisjon. would affect the wearing of starched garments.
