' , . :■ NEW YORK, 26th April. The New York World's Paris correspondent states, that despatches indicate that a decision is likely to betaken regarding Salonika. There- are veiled hints of a possible reinforcement of the armies oE France by veterans. RENEWAL OF FIGHTING (AUSTRALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION AND KEUTEE.) LONDON, 26tii April. An official despatch from British headquarters at Salonika states: After three days' bombardment we attacked the enemy last night on two and a half miles of front, between the southern end of Lake Doirari and a-point north-west of Doljeli. We advanced northward of Doljeli to a depth of five hundred yards on a mile of front, repelled four counter-attacks, and consolidated our position. We penetrated the enemy's trenches further to the eastward, but were unable to retain the ground. Fighting continues.
