: AMSTERDAM, 25th April. _ Eeuter's correspondent at 'Amsterdam states that a message from Berlin in reference to an urgent public demand that the Government should declare its war aims, 'semiofficially announces that the Government has nothing -to add to its previous communication on tho subject.
