LONDON, 24fch April. , Mr. Kennedy Jones (Director General of the Food Economy Department) declares that the submarine' menace is greater than ever. Unless Britain further reduces the consumption of breadstuffs, it may be brought to the edge of disaster ; before the next harvest.
