LONDON, 24th April. Renter's correspondent at headquarters says that the Germans continue to throw in a. large reserve and fresh guns. , -They, probably realise' that the battle may assume a decisive character, and ore therefore resisting desperately. This is exactly what the British wanted 1. The Germans are certainly now accepting battle in the open.
