ZURICH,,2Ith April. A' wireless message states that the German military authorities have seized whole of the Rumanian stock of wheat, giving the' Rumanians'bread tickets entitling them to just sufficient to keep body and soul together. They have also removed all the cattle and coal. ; ; .: . :. ■
