ZURICH, 12th April. The Tsar, is suffering from acute neurasthenia. He refuses to leave the Tsarevitch's bedside.
Correspondce discovered in the Tsar's palaces 1 show that members of the European' Royal Families lately urged him to accede to the popular demands for constitutional reforms in the interests of the Allied cause. The Tsar'a response was not cordial.
