LONDON, 30th January. Mr. H. A. L. Fisher, Minister of Education, speaking in London, advocated the exchange of teachers of universities in Britain and the Dominions. The Education Board, he said, would gladly co-operate in any scheme attracting students from the Dominions - and America to the advanced courses in English universities generally.
