SOLDIER'S MISSING WILL FOUND.
(BI TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.)
AUCKLAND, Ist November. ' In connection with the Supreme Court decision that a letter from a soldier killed in action indicating the contents of a will that was missing was sufficient on which, to grant letters of administration, it now transpires that the missing will has been found. This news was communicated to the Court within a few hours of the decision being given. The position now is that the solicitors will immediately move in the Supreme Court for a revocation of probate in regard to the letter, and will make application for probate oi the will now discovered. The contents of the will substantiate the contents of the letter, with one exception.
