TO TUB BDITOB. ;.. Sir,—Please ask " Uncle Tom " to tell 'is what to do this next Guy Fawkes Day to help the poor little Belgian children, or our soldiers. Nobody is troubling, and we children do so much want to do something like we did the last two Guy Fawkes Days. Mother says we all Should set to work, and one thing we can do is'to help our little boys and girls whose fathers have been killed in the war.—l am, etc., ? CHARLIE.
