COLLEGE OLD BOYS' CLUB. ' , Mr J. P. Blacklock presided over the. annual meeting of the Wellington College Old Boys' Cricket Club, held in Bethune's Building last evening. There was a fair attendance of .members. The twentieth annual report and bal-ance-sheet were read and adopted. The latter disclosed a credit balance of £6 5s lid in the bank and vii excess of assets over liabilities of £36 5s lid. The election of officers resulted..as under:—President, Mr. J. P. Firth; .vice-presidents, Messrs. M. C. Barnett and W. E. Bethune; club captain, Mr. S. J. Wills'; hon. treasurer, Mr. J. D. Hislop; hon. secretary, Mr. A. Ronald: son; lion, auditor, Mr. H. S. Meek; (management committee, Messrs. J. P. Blacklock, E. M. Beechey, B. Marris, F Hayward, L. Goldfinch; delegates to Wellington Cricket Association Messrs. It.. L. , Goldfinch, S. J. Wills', and A. Ronaldson. Twelve new members were admitted to the club. Mr. A. E. Wilson, was elected a life member. A discussion took place concerning a. notice of motion to be brought before the Wellington Cricket Association by Mr. M. J. Crombie, in reference to clubs that have fallen into financial ar-\ rears. It was decided to give the club delegates a -free hand in the matter. WELLINGTON NORTH CLUB. At the annual meeting of the Wellington North Cricket Club, Mr. A. T. Bate presided over a good attendance of members. The annual ' report and balance-sheet disclosed a satisfactory state of affairs, when the effect of the war was taken into consideration. ■ The election of officers for the ensuing *■ year resulted as follows:—President, Sir Francis Bell, X.C, M.L.C. ; vicepresidents,- Hon.. Barker; delegates to tb,e Wellington Cricket Association, Messrs. Crombie, Wilson, and Luckie.
