Judgment summons cases were dealt with as under: —Robert Campbell was ordered to pay James Smith, Ltd., the sum „of £3 13s 9d on' or before 10th October, in default three days' imprisonment ; Thomas A. Odium was ordered to pay the 'Te Aro Furnishing Company £2 18s 2d on or before 10th October, in default to serve 48 hours' imprisonment.
