TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —With regard to the enrolment of the Reserve ..under the above Act, I should be obliged if you could tell me if men enrolled and under 20 years may apply for and receive certificates of enrolment, and if not, what is the position of the men who have no certificate (because of being under 20) arid are stopped by a policeman; must we carry our birth certificates?—l am, etc.,SUBSCRIBER. [Our correspondent would, in such a case as he mentions, be well advised to . carry a birth certificate or some document certifying to his age.]
