The following is the result of the Hutt Valley Homing Club's race from' Auckland, a distance of 303 miles, for the trophy presented by Mr. A.. Gadsby :— A. and J. Booth's Nora (1071 yds per minute), 1; England and Hudson's Glad Eve (1069 yds), 2; W. and-L. Booth's Merrie Gain (1044.3yd5), 3;' C. D. and 0. Abrahall's c.w. (1044.2yd5), 4; E. M'Mahon's Nugget (io2oyds).; Tho next race will be flown from Auckland on Saturday, the conditions being ono bird to each member. 7 ■
