SCHOOL RUGBY

After having, tried for some ■ time ■to enter teams in the schools competition, the Marist Brothers have this year succeeded. Yesterday Terrace met Marist (Newtown), and a good game'resulted. In the first half Marist pressed hard and scored two tries (Ward and Gallichan). one of which was converted by Gallichan. In the second spell Terrace made the pace and .scored two tries, converting one—all the work of Wilson. Towards the end of the game Marist hr.c! all the best of matters, but failed to score, the game ending in a draw.
