Harcourt and Co., on Wednesday, 31st inst., at 2.30 p.m., they are selling fodr residential properties in Ade-laide-road and Hanson-street, io close an estate.

Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a sale of furniture and effect's at their rooms, 151-3, Lambton-quay, to-morrow at 1.30; also 2 sets of English double harness. On Friday at 2 p.m., also at their rooms, they will offer 5 pianos and a 9-stop organ. ;
